SEP 19-20: Exchange in the Indian Ocean

On Thursday 19th and Friday 20th, September, we looked at the exchange that took place in the Indian Ocean during the time period up to 1450 CE. If you were absent, you will need to do the following to make up what you missed:

AP WORLD HISTORY:
1) Make sure your homework from last time is complete, Reading Guide 2.2 - The Mongols.
2) Please download the following notes and copy from a classmate (there is no presentation for these notes).

3) Watch the following video and take notes a blank piece of paper titled: Notes - Zheng He. You will also learn about a Portuguese mariner named Vasco da Gama. Take notes on both men.

4) There is a handout for Zheng He that I am unable to upload to the blog. You will need to come see me for that ASAP. You will read it and answer some questions on it on the same piece of paper you took your video notes.
